Delarboulas
Delarboulas' designs have a commanding presence on a table and yet, create an environment that harmonizes to the surroundings. Metal, wood, resins and horn are used to create unique and magnificent pieces. The blades are forged blades, not cast-iron, and the handles are hand made, mounted and polished in the Delarboulas’ atelier.

Located in the city of Thiers, in the Auvergne region of central France, which is known for both its volcanic landscape and the craftsmanship of the highest quality of blades produced in France, Delarboulas’ mill was built on the Theirs river because the river’s powerful current supplied the ample energy to turn the wheels fast enough to polish and sharpen the blades, and as such, was a privileged location. It is this method still used today by the Delarboulas to handcraft each and every piece of cutlery.
